Extra Easy :-(


So started the plan 2 weeks ago.... 1st week lost 2 and a half pounds and then this week although weigh in isnt till thursday .... so far i put on 2 pounds due to TOTM and today looked and back to where i was with the 2.5 pounds off so lost nothing even though stuck to the plan religiously!!! Whats happening? I try not to eat too much carbs although it says you can??? I try to eat carbs at lunch and have fish and ven or salad for dins..... i do hope this isnt it and i wont loose anymore now as this is where i got to before and never lost anymore despite being over a stone and a half overweight!! Please help :sigh:

Sneaking peeking can be dangerous - our weight fluctuates by several lbs over the course of the day, depending on time of day, TOTM, and many, many, other factors.

Try to stick to just the 'official' weigh in if you can.

I'm sure that you can and will lose more with SW. There is no reason why you shouldn't!

mine fluctuates from one minute to the next, literally I can step off the scales and back on again and be lbs different! It has been said b4 then only scales that matter are the ones at group, unless you are weighing at home, then weigh at the same time each week.
