After all I have eaten this week I should be glad it's only 1lb, but i'm a bit mad at myself for cheating in the first place. I am going to try the 1000 cal programme for a couple of weeks to see if it will stop me cheating. I feel if I have a meal to look forward to I might not nibble all day.
