1st day and so sick!!!

Well I'm about to launch into my first shake....... but last night i was so sick. I ate a chinese (last one and all that!!) and as i was eating it i wasn't feeling great. Usually I'd eat plate and all. 3am I got so sick. I AM HAPPY THOUGH as it has completely turned me off food even though i feel terrible, probably mostly dehydrated.

awww no! Sip lots of water through the day and all the best. Probably means you'll get into ketosis quicker without all that food stored!

yip -water is the miracle liquid of LT and ALL LIFE lol -if you are dehydrated then you know already to beat it into you. Sorry you feel rotten, but try to just rest, take it easy and settle yourself into your LT routine.
