Well done, i'm right with you. Mt third attempt but first day again today. You are buzzing at the moment but once you know the tricks and how to avoid the "danger zones" (mine is 4pm to 7pm) You'll be fine.Congratulations on Day 1 ....BRING ON DAY 2 XX

If you are feeling cold try a black coffee - I often have one coz I'm feeling chilled. I also take a hot water bottle to bed with me coz my feet are freezing!!!!!
