1st day on plan - my diary

Hi All,

I'm totally new to this so any tips advice on my diary would be gratefuly received!!

Okay - Day 1!!

Breakfast - Oats so Simple to go - Golden Syrup 6PP

Lunch - WW tomato Soup 2PP
2 x WW bread 4PP
1 x Laughing Cow Light 1PP
WW yoghurt 1PP
Banana and a satsuma 0PP

Dinner - WW Chicken Hotpot 6PP
Carrots, Cauli & Brocolli 0PP

Snacks - half pint Skimmed milk 3PP

23 PP so far - how does that look??

hi hun am here to follow if that ok am a weight watcher yoyo shal i say lol i like the extra light laughin cow and there free even better lol x
