I noticed you've repled to one of my posts, it was day seven of my first week yesterday and it was definately enough to keep me going when i got weighed (i didn't go near a set of scales all week which was so hard but sooo worh it when i found out my loss after all that waiting and knowing id stuck rigidly to the plan!)
Anyway if i'm anything to go by you can do it, i am your typical eat everything in sight kinda girl, my mum got the crimbo choccies out earlier but i didn't even feel tempted as if it's enough to knock my loss even slightly next week it's not going anywhere near my mouth!
My tips after one week would be plan ahead even just for the day, make sure you have your shakes in for those unprepared moments and only get weighed once a week!
Wow Missal that is great loss. I am on my second day doing fine so far. Need to get some exercise in to my life just struggling with the time. I am going on holiday on the 17 of Jan need to loose the weight.
My Boss came around the office today and was giving out free chockies and I have said no thank you .
Hi, it's my second day now on SF, it's going really well so far. My goal is to loose 1 stone by 12th January 09, as I am going on holiday YAY! Any more than that would be appreciated though. I'm hoping that between SF and Going to the gym 3 times a week it will help me reach my goal.
