1st Day on slimfast and loads to loose YIKES!!

    Hi guys

    this is officially my first day on slim fast, a couple of years ago i gave lipotrim a go and the results were great,but a split from my fiancee since and some partying lifestyle afterwards to get over it all have took their nasty toll.
    I am now at a rather deadly 24 stones and 8 lbs. I think that if i dont do something then the grim reaper will be reeling me in soner than i would like,pls im single and its hard to pull anything other than yourself wen your this big :p

    The last straw came when i bought myself wii fit the other day and the rotter wouldnt let me play cos im too fat :O

    I am age 32 now, and at 18 I was 10 stone 7lbs
    So thats a lotta munching to undo!! I dont expect anywhere near lipotrim results,but it has to be better than nothing - plus im hoping your not constipated all the time on s/fast even when guzzling gallons of water a day.

    I seem to flop around the 22 to 24 stone mark most of the time these days so my first goal is to get under 22.
    next will prolly be 18 stone (oh joy then ill fit into tescos clothes :) cheap cheap :p )
    then after that well its all a bonus then.
    I shall return to let you know how I am getting on and pester you for tips no doubt.

    I have a tin of choco slimfast at the mo, no extra bars/cereals etc that slimfast seem to have created in the last few yrs - just hardcore slimfast shake.

    hey andy, good on you for starting SF. Reading through another thread you can have an extra 200 cal for your main meal as your a fella. Join in with the monthly challenges if you feel you need motivation. Good luck xx

    I'm sure those pounds will be dropping off in no time. There was a guy on here who was doing Sf with Tescos shakes and had amazing results so I'm sure you will be really pleased with the results.

    Just popping up to wish you luck, you can do it lovely.

    I too have a bit too loose. I tried LT but I blacked out on day 5 and was told to come off it, so here I am. We will get through this together.
