1st day on sw diet

Its my 1st day doing sw and i have 3 stone to lose so far today i have had 2 wholemeal nimbles toasted with lolo margerine, cucumber, blueberries, 2 clementines, an apple and a box of raisins, only green tea and water to drink. For dinner im craving sweet potato oven wedges and egg! Will use a syn on red sauce x i cannot wait to lose this weight!

Sounds good, but don't forget to syn or HEx your raisins - dried fruit isn't free.

I know I am finding it quite tough to eat enough because my previous eating habits were so bad!! ready meals, loads of bread, cheese, wine, crisps!! So im finding it hard to get used to all the healthy stuff cos i dont really like it lol very determined though!! Thanx for ur encouragement x
