Its my 1st day doing sw and i have 3 stone to lose so far today i have had 2 wholemeal nimbles toasted with lolo margerine, cucumber, blueberries, 2 clementines, an apple and a box of raisins, only green tea and water to drink. For dinner im craving sweet potato oven wedges and egg! Will use a syn on red sauce x i cannot wait to lose this weight!
