1st Day on SW - is this OK?

Hi everyone,

Had my first SW meeting last night, im a WW convert,lost 4 stone a year an a half ago but have just over a stone back on. One of my friends had great losses on SW so it gave me the motivation to join.
However it is hard to get my head around after WW. Can you look at my food today and see if its OK? im doing EE

Breakfast - 2 apples

Lunch - baked potato with beans and salad
muller light

Snacks - 2x Alpen Light bars HEXb
LOTS of grapes

Dinner - pasta and sauce - cheese and broccoli (1/2 syn) with stirfry of baby sweetcorn, mushrooms,onions and 2 slices of chopped bacon with fat cut off.

So far I have only had 1/2 syn but was planning on eating a Curly Wurly too.

Is this OK or do you have any tips for improving?

Make sure you have both HEx each day (have you had your a?) You could do with having a little more at breakfast, maybe a yoghurt as well?

I havent had my HEXA - mainly because im not a great dairy eater, but if I had a skinny latte out of Starbucks could I use that milk as my HEXA?
