1st day on xenical

you need to go to User CP (top left of page) and edit signature, post it in there and save and it'll come up every time you post.

Roast potatoes - you can still have them! I cook mine using Fry Light. You could always ask your mum to do them this way, healthier for everyone!
Par-boil your potatoes (5 minutes or so for older/softer potatoes, longer for new potatoes).
Drain well, transfer to a cold baking tray pre-sprayed with Fry Light, season with salt and pepper, spray Fry Light over the potatoes and roast at about 200 degrees until golden.

The benefit of using Fry Light in roasting potatoes is that you will be adding less than 1% fat, fabulous and you won't feel like you're missing out :)
