Well done for taking that first step! My weigh-in last week made me want to cry but it's all motivation to keep going, steer clear of those calories and be a better, healthier you :)

Mama, I was the same as you! I was so ashamed of my weight at the start that only the pharmacist and I knew the truth! Even now I've told no-one else, not even my OH, although I do tell them my losses!

This is the best diet, if you stick to it, and that first stone will soon go, I bet by the end of the first fortnight, if not sooner!!!

You can do it - hey, if I can do it anyone can!!!!
