Hi, I'm new to WW. I did slimming world 2 years ago and lost 3.5 stone, have piles 2 stone back on and decided to give WW a try. I joined last Thursday and have my 1st weigh in tonight. I'm allocated 26 daily point and 49 weekly. I have followed the diet to plan (at least as far as I understand it). I went out for my mom birthday Sunday and totaled everything to 88 pts. I used all my weekly points for this and then walked home from work every day (5 miles, 90 mins) to earn 5 exercise points per day which i took off the extra I had on sunday. I hope I have understood correctly that I can do this, I'm now wondering if activity point can only be used on the day you earn them I'm hoping I've done OK but only the scales will tell.
