1st Ever WW weigh in

    Hi,

    I'm new to WW. I did slimming world 2 years ago and lost 3.5 stone, have piles 2 stone back on and decided to give WW a try.
    I joined last Thursday and have my 1st weigh in tonight. I'm allocated 26 daily point and 49 weekly. I have followed the diet to plan (at least as far as I understand it).

    I went out for my mom birthday Sunday and totaled everything to 88 pts. I used all my weekly points for this and then walked home from work every day (5 miles, 90 mins) to earn 5 exercise points per day which i took off the extra I had on sunday. I hope I have understood correctly that I can do this, I'm now wondering if activity point can only be used on the day you earn them :confused:

    I'm hoping I've done OK but only the scales will tell.

    Good luck for tonight Hun, I think you can save your activity points as when I do the online tracker it doesnt use the activity points till the weekly points have been used up? If you aren't sure if you are doing it right take the tracker into meeting and ask the leader if it's right or if no time there are plenty of ppl on here that have been doing it for a while and have it down to a fine art :) I have been doing it a month so far but enjoying it

    You did right as far as I understand the plan. You can save your activity points to use later in the week, but it's the same as the weekly points, they have to be used that week, you can't roll them over.

    Thanks for your replies. We had a temp leader this week and I asked her but she didn't know.
    Still I lost 4.5lbs so I must have done something right.
    Think I'm getting the hang of it now. I even had home made quorn spag bol for tea last night when my husband had a bit fat mega meat pizza. I didn't even have 1 bite and I couldn't finish all my dinner.
    Fingers crossed for a good 2nd week.:cool:
    I've just agreed to try out a burleque class with one of my friends so that will be interesting!!
