1st time posting...

hi every1, ive been on this 4a while now but never posted. need some support and motivation 2keep this going. im off and on the wagon so much lately but am definately determined 2do this. i started at 13st 1 am currently 11st 13. i get weighed every wed nite, dear only kno's wot weight im gonna b this week as iv munched so much and really done my back in so havent had exercise this week. in desperate need of some weight off this week. my back is getting me down!!:cry:look forward 2 talking 2u's and hopefully getting to kno u's!!:D

Hey hun welcome to WW.

Please don't be too hard on yourself about WI on Wednesday. A sore back is a horrible thing to have so take it easy and once the pain eases you'll be back to it and the lb's will fly off. The main thing, no matter how much you want to lose weight, is you have to take care of yourself.

Go to WI and if it's good then yeay and if it's bad (which I'm sure it won't be) then draw a big line under it
and start again!

Keep posting hun and let us know how you are getting on. You are doing fab so far and I know you can do this
