1st Week Weigh In

3lbs off! Really pleased, I really stuck to the plan so I eas expecting a loss, but still brilliant to see it on the scale!

I think the 2nd week of any healthy eating plan is always the hardest... in week 1 you are super motivated and usually lose, so maintaining that for the 2nd week is always hard.

I'm going for a 2lb loss! Here we go!
