1st Week Weigh In


I lost an amazing 10lbs this week!:eek: I am now down to 12st 7lbs! I'm so happy and I seem to be well on the way to losing 15lbs in 4 weeks. Only 5lbs more to go!
This is definately working for me.
For those who aren't aware, I am doing Slim Fast on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and Diet Chef on the other days.

Thanks ladies! I'm well impressed!

For snacks I have been having fruit like a pink lady apple (it's lovely and sweet) or I have been having a packet of Pom Bears or Twiglets. Sometimes also an orange or some dates.


Ooh! And for dinner I have been eating Tescos lighter choices ready meals. This means that I don't have too much opportunity to deviate!
