1st week weigh in

Hi Guys..

1st week loss is 1lb and an inch off my waist (only place a measured).

Didnt expect to lose massive amounts, a lot of you have seen my daily food plan and that hasnt changed much since i started.

Only difference is now I dare not eat that pork crakling, grab bag of crisps and that portion of home made chips my bf makes so well.

I have enjoyed this weel loads actually, getting to grips with things and after discovering I need to be eating a few more carbs (Thanks Ali) I can make the amendments.

If I add the extra bowls of homemade veggie soup and then walk for an hour each night, which will burn about 300 calories will I be ok?, just worried I will end up at the 900 mark again.:p


I am grateful for all you guys that have supported me and answered my weird questions etc.

Well done on your loss :D
Just remember to have rest days when your exercising...too much can be as detrimental as too little xxx

Well done m'dear, an inch off the waist is well impressive too!

I wi tomorrow after 1st but off on hols first thing, so won't be able to report back till' next week.
