What I couldn't understand is my body fat (machine I go on at the gym) is exactley the same as before losing that 6lb so it hasn't affected my body fat at all. Guess it's all fluids.
Well done! 6lbs is great - I did my first week with a bit of food (I know, I know!) so I could ease myself into SSing, and I lost 4lbs which I'm made up with!! I'm now fully SSing and am in ketosis (yay!) for the first time today (day 10) and know I can do this! I've had a sneaky weigh, and I've lost another 2lbs already!
Remember to measure yourself too as I lost a total of 5 inches in week one, and I know when I get to a week where my loss isn't so great, I'll still be able to see a loss in measurement.
Keep it up, try not to cheat, and keep glugging!! :tear_drop::tear_drop: You'll be amazed at the losses! I keep reminding myself that if I was on WW, by day 10 I'd probably have lost 2.5lbs!!
