1st weigh in and lost a stone!

I had my first weigh in today at the Pharmacy and have lost a whole 14lbs! I'm so over the moon about it as I fell off the wagon twice over the weekend so was really worried that I wouldn't lose much.

This has made me even more committed now and can't wait till my next weigh in. Yippee!
