    Hi
I had my first weigh in yesterday and lost 7lb and 1 inch of my waist
    I’m really pleased.:bliss:
I want to loose about 25lbs in total so wasn’t expecting to loose huge amounts.
To top off my day I also had two comments about looking like I’d lost weight:)
Does the weight loss start slowing down after week one? Just want to have an idea of how much I might loss so I won’t be disappointed next week if it’s a lot lower.
    Thanks
    Sharron

    well done
if you only have a small amount to lose then weight loss will show quicker
unlike me who needs to lose loads so i guess it wont show on me till the 1st 3 or 4 stone have come off

most diets do slow down a little after the 1st weight loss
i think if you do ss then an average of 4lb a week anything over is a bonus

    you have done fab

    Well done, that's brilliant !!

I had a 30 Ibs target - I lost 6 Ilbs in my first week and its been 2 lbs per week on average since, which I have been pleased with because its more likely to stay off and if you actually hold something in your hands that weighs 2 Ilbs its actually an impressive amount :)

Stick with it, its really worth it and just be happy that a 'loss is a loss' each week :)

    Good luck
