1st weigh in....so worth it :)

    Hi :)

    This week hasn't gone perfectly...my daughter was in hospital for a night, I felt like I got to the end of my tether and very nearly ordered a pizza last night. Thank goodness I didn't. I haven't been 100% and have picked a bit, and even had a piece of toast (better than chocolate cake!!). I'm roughly doing 810, but need to get my act together much better....However....

    In 4 days, I've lost 7lbs!! :D

    I'm over the moon, and it has re-fuelled my motivation!!
