    .... and i've lost 6.6lbs (3kgs) in just over a week!!!!

my doctor was really happy with me and has actually told me to make sure I have a couple of days off over Christmas and to go back for my next weigh in during the 2nd week of Jan.

I'm so happy with my weight loss but I'm even happier that my new surgery has doctors who are normal and treat you like you are human and not robots who can be programmed to be good all the time.

    Happy days
    x

    Thank you x

I went to the gym on Sunday for an hour but other than that i've not done much this last week.

Normally I go walking in my lunch break at work for about half an hour and try to go the gym 2 or 3 times a week, but it hadn't made any impact before so I'm hoping that with the tablets and a strictly controlled diet it will all come together finally.

well i'm not expecting to be able to do that every week and to be honest I don't keep a tight reign on my fat content but I'm following a low GI diet and having a rough idea of the fat.

No doubt I'll be back on here saying I've put it back on or not shifting any weight.

Don't be down about losing slow and steady aslong as it's coming off xx
