Well i joined my new class last week monday, and considering i didnt really get into SW until thursday i have somehow managed to loose 4 1/2 lb this week :D :D :D
Im delighted.........:D :D :D

Does anyone have a chicken curry recipe they are willing to share with me please?

I just fry off some chicken breast and onion and garlic, add 3 tblsp of curry powder and tin of chopped tomatos and add a little bovril to taste and cook it all down and that is free on red and if on green use the chicken as a healthy B
