    Hi All,

    Well first weigh in for me today. 7lbs off in the first week. But it is week one so I expect it will be a slow go from now on. Can't wait for the summer. I must admit I am having problems getting al the points in every day, but I expect that will come with experience. Also gone down a weight bracket so need to cut my points down. Weyhey!!!!!!
    Best of all I even had a meal out without going over the points.
    I like this diet.

    Congratulations Jackie on a fabulous start that is amazing I would think you are over the moon with that result.

    You are right though this diet is great being able to eat whatever you want, obviously as long as you dont go over your points. But still it is not saying you cant have this and cant have that it is just making you aware of portion sizes. GREAT.

    I was on LL and CD last year but put on a few pounds (stone and half) over Christmas, but that does mean that I still managed to keep off 3 stone. So all in all still positive. I was ill last year (nothing to do with the diet) and had to come off CD. Now I am ready to attack the last phase of the diet and hopefully get where I want to be over the next 6 months. By then I should have made the change to healthier eating and it should be second nature. It has been a long haul to get here but the next few months are going to be good. Ist goal 1 stone off. 1/2 way there so just a month or so to go before I reach goal one, then I'll have to reset the goals.
    I am so looking forward to this.

    Well done on your weightloss i only joined ww last week and im finding it hard to use all my points it seems alot of points to lose weight. Its true you can go out for a meal and still remain with in your points and also you can still have treats i get the ww deserets and cakes for only 1 to 2 points each
    My weiging is wed evening at my ww meeting so hope ive lost.

    Hi Bethany,

    Believe me if I could do it anyone can. It is a great diet, and easy to stick to so far, I do cheat and jump on the scales every morning, and have been chuffed to bits with the results. I also have been having the WW desserts, and more fish than you can shake a big stick at. I have found a new love for the slippery things. I usually shop on the way home from work, and have discovered that planning is no good, I like to choose the freshest fish in the shop, it can get expensive but just finding all the flavours again is amazing.
    Don't worry you will have lost, let us know on Wednesday how well you did.

    I think it is with been my first week and im wondering if ive lost or am doing it right when ive been this wed to weigh and see what the results are i will be fine if ive lost i know ive done it right its just if ive not lost and been following to the letter,

    What an amazing weight loss, congratulations.
    Bethany, you will have lost believe me, the hardest part is getting through the weekend, but if you stick to it you will lose.
    Keep up the good work and we'll all be buying new summer clothes.
    Bethany, I have just dropped into the 23 point bracket. I struggled to eat 24 and am happier I have got to 23 so quickly. Yes I am now in the 13 stone bracket again, only 2 1/2 to go!!!! I put on a shirt today that I couldn't wear last week, still looks tight but it actually did up!!!! So by Christmas I reckon I'll be where I want to be. How about you, how much do you want to lose, when I started a year and a bit ago I just wanted to get down to Overweight. Now I want to get into the healthy weight bracket and find tools to stay there. Slowly and surely, I'll get there in the end. We all will!!!!!

    I am on 26 points a day i have got between 6 and 7 stone to lose along journey ahead of me im really out of condition my health is suffering i want to be a healthy weight would like to be 10 and a half stone but maybe pushing a bit too early just yet how long does it take to lose a stone on ww
    I also feel self consious of myself with been overweight think people is looking at me with been over weight it gets me down i feel odd one out if we go to friends and they are not overweight

    Congratulations on a fantastic loss in your first week - and also the 3 stone that you lost and have managed to keep off so far! That's really impressive. I'm glad you're enjoying the plan and not finding it too difficult.

    On WW after the first week it is 1 to 2 lbs a week. It may seem like a long time to lose the weight, but believe me it will be worth it.

    Hi Sparkle, I remember you from last year, how are you doing? I am enjoying this plan at present, I even made a choice not to have potatoes or salad dressing today to give me enough points for a gooey dessert, but just can't face it at the moment far too full of salad and salmon! So I will save those points for tomorrow and have a really good lunch at work with the girlies!!!
    If you remember, I was one of the ones who lost the weight and got a new job. Well jobs going well and the girls are great so hopefully I can lose the rest by Christmas.

    I'll be back on soon with week twos loses.

    Not too bad thanks. I started WW properly in January and did really well for a couple of months, but fell of the wagon half way through March due to some personal and work issues. But I'm back on it now and enjoying it and feeling positive.

    I'm so glad that your job is going well, it's so important in being happy with where you work, you spend so much time there.

    Isn't it great that you can use your points for a really nice desert? And even better when you feel so full after a meal that you can't even manage desert. There was a time that I would have eaten the desert even though I was full just to have it!

    Hope that you have a lovely lunch tomorrow, I'm out for a meal on Wednesday with work, a bit of a 'keep up the great work' from our area manager.

    Don't just come on when you get weighed, keep us updated during the week as well - the support is amazing!
