1st Weigh-In

Hi all, well, not long got back from my CDC and she weighed me for the first time.


My first loss for the 1st week is.......................................12lbs !!!:happy036: :happy036: :happy036:

I am so happy, i feel quite emotional. Cant believe i could lose so much in just a week. I am loving CD.

I feel so excited for my holiday now in April, as i so dont want to feel self conscious all the time and i might even wear a swimming cossie now xxx

Thanks to everyone for keeping me sane this week, you kept me going. Bring on week 2. Good luck to Duncan and everyone else who is getting weighed this week xxxx
