oh wow, I started today, I really hope I do as well as that!
Am worried that I wont be able to stick to it, have a busy work load these next few weeks and not sure I will be able to manage if energy levels drop and get headaches!
Had shake for lunch, been sipping water all afternoon, had soup for evening 'meal'. Am pretty hungry right now!!
Hi Just keep sipping the water, Im on week two and after loosing 9lb the first week its keeping me motivated. I must say its hard cooking for the rest of the family and not eating.:sigh: I was at two communions on Saturday and had nothing and nobody noticed as i was fetching food for the kids that took some willpower but im determined this time. I tried weight watchers but need to shif this weight and then i will follow the ww plan. Good Luck.
