1st weigh in

First weekly weigh in and I've gone from 18st 2lbs to 17st 4lbs so a total loss of 12lbs :) I weigh Mondays but forgot to come on yesterday!

So week two same as me......I lost 9lb in my first week. How are you finding it? Have you been exercising?

9lbs is a fantastic loss well done you :)

I'm finding it good so far, I'm not hungry at all but I think about food every minute of every day lol I'm hoping with time this will fade! I find cooking for the rest of the family the most challenging time of day for me as it smells soooooo good :-(

I'm not exercising at the moment once I hit the point where I'm not constantly consumed by thoughts of food I'm going to slowly introduce 'some' exercise, I'm so lazy too but the weight I am defo makes it a lot harder, I'm practically carrying around another person! Lol

I've joined a group on Facebook called slimming with exante if your on there, lots of lovely supportive people x

How are you finding it? Are you exercising? x

I'm finding it suprisingly not bad at the moment. Probably day four was my worst day but then after I went into Ketosis it seemed to get much easier.

I went out on Monday night, had steak and salad and a glass of wine and stayed in ketosis so I was really pleased.

I'm not exercising at the moment but its in my mind that I should be starting now I'm in week two......... gentle exercise maybe walking to start..... :sigh:

Well keep me update on how your getting on, I can't seem to see too much info on my mobile as I haven't posted 50 times yet x
 
12lbs in week 1 - what an achievement - how did you do in week 2? :)
