I've found it quite easy I'm on 3 packs and a meal a day and having the meal really does help me not to feel deprived, I'm sure you'll be fine, good luck x
Thanks I've got a lot to lose so doing 4 packs for the first month and see what happens. I've done lighter life about 5 years ago and I just remember the bad parts. I'm in a different place this time and I really want to do it xx
