2 bars, 1 shake

I am not 100% sure but I am sure others here will be able to tell you. All i know is that you will find far more carbs in the bars.
But I maybe wrong
 
You could end up out of ketosis and spend a he'll of a lot of time in the loo

You should only have a max of one bar a day
 
i find i loose a lot less weight when i have 2 bars instead of just 1. In the last 5 days, i lost 3lbs when i only had 1 bar a day and have stayed the same since having 2 bars
