I need 2 easy to make meals for green days, that dont involve eggs and beans, any ideas? if anyone can give me a few easy to make ideas pleaseee, free meals would be awesome but syns are ok too

All my days are green - so a few ideas are:
Spag Bol - I use meat free mince
Tandoori Quorn - You could use chicken and mirinade in natural yoghurt, garlic and tandoori spices
Cottage Pie - again I use meat free mince
Spicy vegetable curry
Roasted vegetable with pasta
Strir Fry
Quorn moussaka
Just looked through some of my recipes and so many include beans/ekks.
What about SW chips and pasta n sauce or savoury rice?
Quorn lasagne, SW chips and coleslaw made with ff vogurt/ ff natural fromage frais? (or syn some mayo)
Quorn sausages, champ and veg with gravy
Quorn curry with rice/noodle/sw chips (or you could use HEb of chicken)
Wedges with cheese (HE a or b) and maybe a dip and some salad
I normally have things like syn free chips, macaroni and mushy peas or savoury rice with a hexb of chicken or pasta with a home made syn free or low syn sauce
A big pile of roasted vegetables using olive oil fry light (butternut squash, peppers, onions, courgettes, etc, and herbs) with Ainsley Harriot spicy cous cous. Yummy!!!!
