The day has just run away with me today. Have only had 1 out of my 3 products all day. Will i mess up if i have a soup and my normal small meal? Ie 2 instead of 3 products?

You need to have all 3 to make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need, so try your best to squeeze that last one in hun x

You would be better off having the two CD packs and leaving the meal. That way you know you will get the vitamins.
