ive just bought the little tins of ww tuna, in coranation and in light mayo plus the salmon ones. now does anyone know how many syns are in them or can i use them on a green day as a healthly extra?xxxxxx

its 6 1/2 for salmon one

There's not enough tuna in the tin for make up the 113g you can have as a HEB I'm afraid.

Theoretically you could, but there's probably syns in the dressing too, and you'd have to take account of that - I assume the syns on red represent the dressing since tuna is free on red. Alternatively have an EE day and then you can have however much you want, and just count the syns for the dressing.
