I had only had one shake up till 6 pm and managed to doze off and woke up about an hour ago. Would it be ok to have 2 within a short space of time? I actually feel fine for the first time in a few days so im not wanting to jinx it.

Thanks for the reply! Im glad i can do this as it may be easier to just have my shakes in the evening then. Im not actually feeling hunger at all which for me is odd as it usually takes about 5 days for the k fairy to visit. Only on day 3....

Yes definitely, I work such odd hours that I very often had to do this and there was no side effects
