Not at all just really important!!! to have all 3 and really important no to taste food or nibble LT is very hard to get back to after eating/tasting...it really does send you on a downward binge spiral!!
Also, i am just a very blunt person...speak my mind and normally get in to trouble..but thats me ..people either love or hate me lol

1.eat 3 shakes a day
2.drink at least 2 litres of water a day

You must have 3 meals a day. I haven't yet had my final shake (though I have drunk about 4 litres!) and really don't feel like it but I'm off to make it now and will force it down if necessary.

I suffered this last week for only having 2 shakes last Friday and 4 on Saturday....drank loads of water and did everything else right and stayed the same at weigh in after losing 4 and 5 every week......don't waste a week like me!!! absolutely gutted, but have learnt my lesson!

Force it down!

ok guys... day 1 today.. almost over. was hungry at lunch time... but ok now. will have my final shake soon.
was only kidding.... love seein you on this site nic.... ur always one of the 1st with the info and support... :)

I only eat soup and I use a fork - it lasts longer ;-p
