    Thank you so much gals! I have to admit it wasnt easy to begin with but Ive stuck with it. Ive been out a few times and had a small ss+ meal and water and I havent fallen off the wagon and I have still mantained a social life. This diet has re educated me so much. This diet is not just about losing weight, I now look at the way I used to eat, the lack of exercise, the excesses amount of diet coke and squashes and they way I always used food as a treat! Now I treat myself to clothes or beauty sessions at every stone lost. So Im due to have my hair cut on Sat so Ill post up picz ;)
