Step 1 Sole Source 2 stones = 12stone 13lbs

Hello all this weekend has given me the break through of restarting CWP yet again. Just weighed myself and I am back to 14stone 13 lbs!!!

To think 6 years ago I weighed 10stones it's heart-breaking for me but I have to do this I have 2 amazing holidays this year & possibly trying for our first baby this year. So I will be SS all the way!

I cant wait to start which is next Sunday at 11am anybody around to join up for support?
