2 weeks in and already feel demotivated

I feel like such a let down. Tonight is my second weigh in and I have just completely slipped off track this week. I have had a few sweets, fish fingers and some cakes. I really hoped it wouldnt be like this again,(3rd time doing the diet) but I just feel like all my motivation is slipping away and I am desperate to eat. :(
I hate myself for not being able to stick to anything in life!!!!!!!!!! :mad:
 
I did that my second week, now 6 weeks in and 2st lighter, keep going you can do it
 
Don't get too despondent.....you can get back on track.....I'm struggling but just keep drinking shed loads of water and reading how well everyone else is doing spurs me on.....got my second WI on Tuesday and I've prepared myself for a small loss as I lost 8 in the first week but I'm just thinking how I don't want to go into the summer being uncomfortable and sweating from wearing loads of clothes to cover me up! We can do this!
