I feel like such a let down. Tonight is my second weigh in and I have just completely slipped off track this week. I have had a few sweets, fish fingers and some cakes. I really hoped it wouldnt be like this again,(3rd time doing the diet) but I just feel like all my motivation is slipping away and I am desperate to eat.
