2 weigh ins til xmas

Morning all,

Had a week off plan with laryngitis, just can't do it when I'm ill.

Luckily managed to sts - a miracle!!

So I hav 2 x weigh ins before Xmas and need to lose 3lb to get to the next stone bracket & move down to overweight from obese.

Soo one meal down, back on track.....,
