I'm not even half way through yet (nearly though) still plenty to come off!

Mum saw a dress in tkmaxx in Leeds and did I want it for Xmas or would I rather go shopping in exeter to pick something out. And then told me Evans has 30% off boots.... The week after I buy a pair. Damn it!

not sure whether to make tea before or after bumface has gone to bed... Hmm. What has everyone got planned for tea tonight mushy pea curry for me, pitta pizza for monster.

That's typical isn't it about the boots! I just had a tuna pasta bake as girls fancied it, I don't like mushy peas but have heard good things from fellow mushy pea dislikers! So you'll have to let me know how that turns out. I just went to check the fridge for the morning as I have porridge and mullers but no bloody eggs, guess il have to pick up some eggs and do them another day. OH is at work till late and girls are snuggled up infront of the telly so don't want to drag them out in the cold just so I can get my pancake fix in the morn ha xx
 
I think I might just be having LM sausages with cabbage and leeks. The OH is having one of the freezerful of individual pies that we used to share - just had a look on the Syns Online and one of them comes out at 34.5 syns! This is for a diddy little pie! It's the only one on there so I can't tell how much tonight's pie will be but safe to say I won't be sharing one with him anytime soon!

I'm finding I don't have much appetite at the moment. I don't get hungry during the day but by the time I get home from work I'm really grumpy like a hungry child. I've just snacked on an orange and a Mullerlight to try to keep me perked up until hometime.

Glad Lily's a lot better! And the hangover's gone..!

What a pain about the boots, Fran! Typical! Pitta pizza sounds lovely.

Everyone else has gone home in my office so I've been making weightloss spreadsheets! I've managed to work out an achievement for every 1.5-3lb loss until target - from each time I go down a BMI point, to each 5% of body mass lost, to getting into the next stone bracket. Can you tell I'm wishing the day away?! :D

I hate pics of myself, I cant wait for my wedding pics to see a thinner me compared to these wedding pics where I still can barely look at them but its only the start of my journey so technically the ones of me are gunna be my before pics to compare to later
 
Hey everyone :) back from the gym and aching like a ... Witch ;-) but dead pleased with myself for going! Did W1 D3 of c25k and am really chuffed! Was planning on going tomorrow after work but its OHs bday and think I'm gonna need a rest day!!

Was thinking of maybe going for a swim before WI on Weds, anyone any ideas on if/how it would affect WI?

I've had a great day today at work...long may it continue!! Xxx

Thanks guys. Christie that before photo was from Christmas and the picture is with my brothers and their gf/ex and I just look such a mess, I'd have never made it public until I had "after" photos (of a sort). You will like those photos so you can see how far you have come, because sometimes you really can't see it yourself.

My friend said "now way you have 5.5 stone left to lose! There will be nothing left." Which is funny and sweet. And another friend is now going back to slimming world!

Just got vommed on and then my consultant called! First time since my first week!
 
Someone said to be the other day "you can't have much more left to lose" and were shocked when I said just over 3stone...makes you feel good doesn't it?? X

Fran I was shocked when you said 5st too.

This sounds petty, but there's a girl in my office who's on SW and keeps going on about how she has no syns. How annoying?!
 
Urgghh I'm such a chocolate fiend today. I've used my syns on two Mint Crisp bars and a square of dark chocolate. I'm not normally like this! Anyone would think it was star week all over again.
