I have lost 6.25lb this week, yes it is week one so a lot of water etc too but :bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss:
YEY!!! Go go go you! So pleased that you had a great first week, it's really quite easy to manage isn't it?! I don't feel like I "Can't" have anything because I'm "on a diet"
I've hardly even told anyone I'm doing SW and no-one's questioned anything so it's defo easy to have a social life whilst still on SW. Wooo.

man, pop into Sainsbugs and get a few bits too. If the weather stays nice I want to start a walking routine. I dont exercise yet so thought trying to do a daily walk of even 20 mins with my camera is a good way to start exercising in a gentle way.
