I'm Sarah, 31 years old, just joined this forum today. I've never really been part of anything like this before, but after reading through some of the threads, I've been really inspired by the support and motivation you give one another.
I've got 6 stone to lose, and I'd like to lose it this year if possible. I feel like I've wasted my 20's, and just hid myself away, making excuses for why I don't go out with friends, to weddings, parties etc, all because I hate the way I look.
2012 is the year thats going to change!
I've ordered my first bumper pack of Exante and am looking forward to getting started.
Looking forward to getting to know you all as I embark on this journey!
