Been verrrry quiet over here but I thought I'd do my own update, I lost another 3lbs this week so that's a total of 41.5lbs this year to date.

Good for you! Well done I know very quiet, Well im gutted because i started Insanity 4 weeks ago and now ive been hit with a damned sickness bug! And have lost 7lbs this month I think 37lbs overall lol

Wow that's awesome, well not the sickness bug but the weight loss. I lost another 3lbs this week so that's a total of 44.5lbs which is fab, got my 3 stone award this week too : d
