Bevy, you look gorgeous !! It is threads like these that are sooooo helpful and remind us why we are doing this . Having a bit of a blip myself at the mo, (STS at WI today ) so reading fantastic progress by others like you helps to motivate me to get back on the CD wagon and stick to it!!

Thanks everyone and I am glad that my pics have inspired some people not to give up because I know at times I definitely felt like I didn't want to carry on but then I would go and buy myself something new in a size I hadn't been in since I couldn't remember when and it was all worth it!! I also put a picture of me at my biggest on the fridge and that helped too.... I am really glad that I took before photo's because it really shows how much I have lost.
