Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has helped me over the last month.
I got weighed at docs this morning and I've managed other 4.5lb which takes me to 21lb in 3months x

Sometimes it's been hard but I am happy overall. So I guess I'm saying to everyone, keep going and use this forum - it helped me xxx
