I just have to brag-sorry! Or maybe it can be an inspiration for someone: I have lost 24 pounds so far, and today was only my THIRD weigh in!! So-it is do-able just stick to it! Also, I had a huge (15 pounds) loss my first week, and then 'only' lost 4 pounds on second-but 5 this week-so don't feel disheartened if the huge losses slow down-it is an amazing diet.
