morning i am off to swop some more shakes for spicy tomato soup this morning.
feeling great my scales are showing i am getting closer to 15 stone and thats the lowest i have gotten before so anything under that is new for me so fingers crossed for my next WI.

for me the hardest thing is the 2 areas i really hate my belly and lumpy thighs don't feel any different even though they show inch loss. but i am sure its just me.

hope you are all feeling good xx

Hi ya, i've only been having the chocolate Tetras, I think I might try some soups next time I see my CDC, I bought 1 porridge today just to see if I liked it, had it for lunch but couldn't get rid of the lumps, a bit stodgy but apart from that it wasn't too bad.

Have you taken any before pic's? I did this the other day, although I hated it. You may be able to notice the difference if you look at pics as you go along!!

    Hiya..

I wasn't going to post, cause I'm beyond day 25, but then I spotted the 'everyone else' bit, and figured I count :)

(and besides, if I'm going to stay in on a saturday night to get my work done, I can treat myself to the odd msg or three! hahaha!)

anyway, Kerry.. I can really relate.. a few years ago I was doing weightwatchers.. I felt really pleased with myself for the first stone or so, but each time I approached 15 stone, I seemed to lapse.. the thought of getting beyond 15 just seemed highly unlikely.. I bounced around 15.2-15.4 for months, and then gave up...

I'm still slightly in shock that I've gone past that point!! I don't think I've really, truly, taken it in!.. and not only that, but over the last couple of months on CD I've just kept going down - slowly but surely - and I'm now.........

    ...

    ...

    ...

13.2!!! ..That's just not me.. Has someone tied hylium balloons to my back or fiddled with the scales??? :)

..anyway, the reason I share this, is cause I was there only a few weeks back.. this CD journey's going so quick, and although it's not always entirely smooth, for me, it's been fab!

Noone noticed anything for the first month (including me).. even though the scales were saying the right kind of things.. but now it's fun! :)

Congratulations on the first 25 days, and all the best for the next 25!!!

    Vxx

Hiya, I'm on Day 50 today. I agree with Enough, the first month nobody notices nor did I but now I feel a huge difference and people are noticing. A girl had been off work for 3 weeks to get married there and she couldn't believe the difference. So it's from now on that you start noticing big time.
BTW I despise the Spicy Tomato, yuck. I love the porridge. Funny how we are all so different.
