2lb off at long last! what worked and didnt

not sure if its the wobble board or eating properly or both.
had 3 quarters of a bottle of barcardi on sunday night so i now know that it wasnt the booze that stalled me :D:D:D:D:D
have been using the wobble board at least twice a day and i am aching from it. feels like i get a better work out from it than the wii fit board!
yesterday i forced myself to eat 3 meals and i had a bag of pork crunch in the evening. i also had around 6 or 7 coffee's (with cream) in the night which wasnt decaf as my babies kept me up all night and i needed the caffine. ive had no sleep what so ever last night but i will get through the day with coffee.
so a combination of eating the three meals and the wobble board has worked. and i have learnt that i can drink barcardi without it stalling me. :D

Well done FAF! Could be the eating as I've been really naughty this weekend and barely eaten much at all and put 2lbs on! And that's with the cast coming off as well :8855:
