    :sigh: Well, I knew there would be damage after my weekend of stuffing my face and there it is! Could not be angrier with myself and am putting myself up here as an example of what can happen when you eat for europe over the best part of a weekend. DONT DO IT.

    I will lose the extra (and more) over this week because this has made me focus more. Just feel so cross with myself.

    I happens to everyone, we all let loose sometimes - you need to draw the line and get back on plan 100%. It sounds like you are motivated enough to do that so good luck x
