2nd day and feeling fine does it get worse?

Hi everyone I'm on my 2nd day and feeling fine so far does it get worse? I did start 3 days ago but the 1st day I cheated because I had the apple and cinnamon porridge and felt sick then for dinner had the potatoe and leek soup and was sick then a strawberry shake which was horrible so I couldn't handle another so I had some thong to eat. Woke up yesterday and had the choc mint and was really nice then choc shake which was good so I swapped all for just choc mint and choc and finding it good now :)

I've never felt really bad to be honest, though you can tell when you're in ketosis as you feel strangely better and full of energy and not hungry
Glad you've found stuff you like :)

i felt awful on day 4 and 5 - bad headaches and lethargic but great after that!

Im on day 4 and day 2 was the worst although im still hungry so not in ketosis yet x and the choc mint is lush, im swapping all my others for that one too x

yay thank goodness for chocolate shakes .... you could try mixing them with hot water too Chippy, feels like a hot chocolate then ...yum.

I havent really felt bad any day, a couple times I felt a bit headachey but its more down to the fact I didnt drink enough water. I hope this stays good for you :)
