    About to start CD
    Got weighed this morning and have lost 3lb, which makes 22lb in two weeks. I can't believe how much energy I have. I have decorated my sons bedroom this weekend.

    I am back in work after a hand op today so this is a good chance to get a real routine going, so am going to have a really good week (my hand kept picking up slithers of cheese last week and putting it in my mouth LOL).
