2nd weigh in - 6lb loss! But how much exercise?

    Hi everyone.

    So happy with my 2nd weigh in and another 6lb loss, thats 18lb lost in just 14 days....its amazing! :D

    I'm wondering now how much exercise I can do without causing a problem. I'm a member of the gym and have been swimming a couple of times but as yet not been back on any of the cardiovascular machines or weights as I'm not sure how much exercise is suitable on this diet. Any advice would be appreciated. :whacky068:

    I think it varies quite a lot but if your feeling up to it then do it!!! They say not to do anything too strenuous for a couple of weeks but theres plenty of people on here who go to the gym and swim and run!!! SO i guess just listen to your body!!! Just make sure you up your water then you dont become dehydrated and hold water!!! X
